Terms and Conditions

1. One entry permitted for each qualifying purchase order.
2. Orders must be placed by 5pm on each day of the advent calendar promotion date.
3. Individual order values are fixed and cannot be rolled over or combined.
4. Invoiced and shipped orders that qualify for this promotion of the said £5,000 GBP are non-refundable.
5. Purchases under this offer are subject to 30 day payment terms.
6. Offer s cannot be combined with any other existing Hytera promotional offer.
7. Please make clear reference to the relevant offer code (ADVENT20) on your purchase order or in the ‘special instructions box’ for online orders.
8. The Hytera Advent calendar Promo is open to all Hytera Communications UK Ltd (“Hytera”) direct partners with a valid business contract for 2020.
9. Hytera reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Hytera in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Hytera shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
11. Value of prizes are correct at the time of this promotion and exclude any sales. Where a prize is not available a direct or similar equivalent for the same value will be supplemented. Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
12. The prize draw would take place 24 hours after each advent prize date and the winner will be notified within 3 working days of the prize draw.
13. The prize will be posted within 7 to 14 working days of the winner notification.
